Parco di Veio 'Cancelli e Scalarole' Granfondo and Cycle-Touring Event

The 2025 edition of the Parco di Veio 'Cancelli e Scalarole' Granfondo was held on Sunday, May 18, with a dual offering by ASD Flaminia Bike. The main event was the 'PointToPoint': 42 km and 1,400 meters of positive elevation gain through the rolling hills, single tracks, and technical dirt roads of Parco di Veio, starting from Sacrofano and finishing in Morlupo, included in the PedaLatium Off Road 2025 circuit. Alongside the race, the cycle-touring ride of 34.25 km and 730 meters of elevation gain, non-competitive and also open to e-bikes, allowed everyone to discover the trails of the Veio countryside without the pressure of the clock. The program included gathering from 7:30 AM, the start of the granfondo at 9:00 AM, and the cycle-touring ride at 9:20 AM; at noon, after the arrival of all categories, a pasta party and awards ceremony concluded the event. Chip timing, GPS tracking, a race pack, and refreshment stops completed the services for participants.
