Paradiso Film Fest 2025: 'Light and Shadow'

The sixth edition of the Paradiso Film Fest was held in Palazzo Adriano from August 1st to 3rd, 2025, dedicated to the theme 'Light and Shadow'. The competition brought 21 international short films and documentaries to the big screen, screened in the Nuovo Cinema Paradiso Museum hall and evaluated by a jury chaired by Jacopo Martinoni and Guido Ingenito.

The godmother of the edition was actress Antonella Attili, who starred in Tornatore's famous film, and was welcomed in the square on the final evening. The program intertwined cinema, music, and culture: from concerts in the village courtyards with Pierre Vaiana and Joaquín Farizano to the performance of the Women Orchestra in Piazza Umberto I, and from the presentation of the novel L'isola ribelle by Serafina Ignoto to the comedy show Gli abbagliati. The awards ceremony closed the event on Sunday night. The free-admission event was organized by the Municipality of Palazzo Adriano together with the Associazione Ingegni.
