Edition 2025 — Pappardelle Festival

The 2025 edition of the Pappardelle Festival enlivened Finocchieto di Stroncone (Terni) in July, at the village's Multifunctional Area. Last year too, the fresh pappardelle handmade by the housewives was the great protagonist, served in various versions with local culinary specialties and accompanied by live evening music.

The 2025 edition confirmed the Pappardelle Festival as one of the most beloved gastronomic events in the hamlets of Stroncone, in the province of Terni. In the feudal village of Finocchieto, nestled in the green Umbrian Apennines, the village housewives handmade the famous fresh pappardelle, served in numerous variations along with other local traditional specialties. The evenings, at the covered Multifunctional Area, were enlivened by live music, in an atmosphere of festive and village conviviality.
