Pappardella with Duck Sauce Festival

The 10th edition (2025)

The tenth edition of the Pappardella with Duck Sauce Festival was held in Montegualtieri di Cermignano (TE) from Wednesday, August 27 to Sunday, August 31, 2025, in the Piane Vomano industrial area. Every evening, food stalls opened from 7:00 PM, with the kitchen active until 11:30 PM, serving traditional handmade pappardelle with duck sauce, grilled sausages with potatoes, arrosticini, and gluten-free options.

Live musical entertainment enlivened every evening starting at 9:00 PM, with folk groups, tribute bands, and dance nights. On Sunday, August 31, the final day, there was entertainment for children with "Il circo di Pinocchio" and a performance by the "Il Diamante" dance school. Throughout the evenings, a free shuttle service was active for visits to the medieval tower of Montegualtieri. The event was organized by the Pro Loco Montegualtieri APS with the patronage of the Municipality of Cermignano and the UNPLI.
