Paolo Annibali - Yet Everything Remains: A Conversation with the Classics

During 2025, the project for the major retrospective exhibition, which would later be staged at the Pinacoteca Civica of Ascoli Piceno in 2026, was born. The exhibition "Yet Everything Remains: A Conversation with the Classics" was conceived by Paolo Annibali himself together with art historian Stefano Papetti, with the idea of creating a dialogue between his own works and the masters housed in the museum. The artist's death on June 17, 2025, in the Marche region, transformed the project into a posthumous tribute, brought to completion by the Civic Museums and the Municipality of Ascoli Piceno.
