Edition 2025 — Paniscia and Tapulone

In 2025, the Pro Loco of Casalbeltrame once again organized its festival dedicated to paniscia novarese and tapulone with polenta, using the usual takeaway format. The dishes, prepared by volunteers, were distributed at the village's municipal marquee in the province of Novara, confirming an event that has become a tradition for the community.

2025 Edition

The 2025 edition of the Paniscia and Tapulone Festival in Casalbeltrame once again featured the takeaway format that characterizes the event: Pro Loco volunteers prepared and distributed portions of paniscia novarese and tapulone with polenta at the municipal marquee.

As per tradition, the day combined the promotion of typical Novara dishes with the association's life in the village, including an aperitif and Pro Loco membership. A community gathering that brings the flavors of the Piedmontese rice plains to the table every year.
