Pan, Pesit e Salamit

In 2025, Pan, Pesit e Salamit confirmed its role as the spring festival for Cavaria con Premezzo, in the Province of Varese. Organized by the Pro Loco, the event featured gastronomic stalls with the specialties that give the festival its name — salamella and fried small fish — along with porchetta, mixed fried dishes, and other traditional dishes.

The evenings, enlivened by music and entertainment, drew the community together in a festive atmosphere, confirming the event as one of the most anticipated in the town's spring calendar.
