Edition 2025 — Kirchta va Palai

The 2025 edition of the Palù del Fersina Festival took place in early August (around August 1st), marking the return of the Kirchta va Palai en Bersntol after a year's absence. The Mòcheni community gathered around the food stand, enjoying polenta, grilled meat, kiachln, and local specialties in a festive atmosphere of strong cultural identity.

The 2025 Palù del Fersina Festival, the Kirchta va Palai en Bersntol, took place in early August 2025, reopening after a break and drawing residents and visitors to the small town in the Mòcheni Valley, in Trentino. The absolute protagonist was mountain gastronomy: polenta, pork chops and sausages, goulash soup, kiachln, and the famous Burbiz Kropfen, along with Mòcheni braided bread and craft beers from the valley. Amidst the scent of grilled meat and fresh high-altitude air, the festival confirmed its role as a key identity event for the community, with folklore moments and family activities.
