Palio of Mozzate

The 2025 edition, the 23rd, confirmed Mozzate's strong bond with its Palio. The opening evening on September 5 saw the historical costume parade reach the church of Sant'Alessandro, with mass, the lighting of the brazier on the parvis, and the oath of the captains, followed by a concert at the oratory. For that year, three districts competed — La Torre, Mornera, and Bozzente — in a more contained edition in terms of games; Solaro had withdrawn from the competition. The Cencio, a work by Mozzate artist Maria Cristina Galvan, was a puzzle of fabrics dedicated to the equality and diversity of peoples.
