Edition 2025 — Palio di Sant'Anselmo

The 40th edition of the Palio di Sant'Anselmo and the 52nd Biscotto Festival brought Bomarzo to life from April 22 to 25, 2025. Between the historical pageant, the traditional pastry festival, and the five-district race, victory went to the Madonna del Piano district, which claimed the banner for the second consecutive year thanks to the horse Unamore and jockey Alessandro Cersosimo.

2025 Edition

In 2025, the Palio di Sant'Anselmo celebrated its 40th edition, accompanied by the 52nd Biscotto Festival. The race between the five districts of Bomarzo concluded with the success of the Madonna del Piano district, victorious for the second consecutive time with the horse Unamore ridden by jockey Alessandro Cersosimo. As per tradition, the feast in honor of the patron saint combined the Renaissance historical pageant, religious rites, and the aromas of the Biscotto di Sant'Anselmo, drawing numerous visitors to the village in the Tuscia region of Viterbo.
