Edition 2025 — Palio di San Lorenzo

In 2025, the Palio di San Lorenzo animated Pozzolengo on the day of the patronal feast, with the village districts engaged in the Palio della Pastasciutta with secret sauces, between Holy Mass, tastings, and the wait for the jury's verdict.

The 2025 edition of the Palio di San Lorenzo confirmed the tradition of the Palio della Pastasciutta in Pozzolengo. On the day of the patronal feast of August 10th, after the Holy Mass in the parish church, the village districts gathered in the sports field kitchens to prepare their pasta dishes.

The cooks from the districts — from Monte Olivi to De là de la Fossa, from San Giacomo to Castello, up to Centro — presented their secret sauces, while the jury of experts and the public decided the best pasta dish of the year, in a day of celebration and healthy local pride.
