Edition 2025 — Palio di San Lorenzo

In 2025, the Palio di San Lorenzo once again animated Pozzolengo on the day of the patron saint's festival, with the village's districts engaged in the Palio della Pastasciutta with their secret sauces, amidst Holy Mass, tastings, and anticipation for the jury's verdict.

The 2025 edition of the Palio di San Lorenzo confirmed the tradition of the Palio della Pastasciutta in Pozzolengo. On the day of the patron saint's festival, August 10th, after the Holy Mass in the parish church, the districts of the village gathered in the kitchens of the sports field to prepare their pasta dishes.

The cooks from the districts — from Monte Olivi to De là de la Fossa, from San Giacomo to Castello, up to Centro — presented their secret sauces, while the jury of experts and the public decided on the best pasta of the year, in a day of celebration and healthy local rivalry.
