Palio di Feltre

The 2025 edition of the Palio di Feltre confirmed the strength of one of the most beloved historical re-enactments in the Veneto region. During the first weekend of August, the districts of Castello, Port'Oria, Duomo, and Santo Stefano competed in the four traditional games, culminating in the horse race at Pra' del Moro. Amidst costumed parades, flag-wavers, drummers, and propitiatory dinners, the city of Feltre renewed the ritual of its spontaneous dedication to the Republic of Venice in 1404, with the banner, as tradition dictates, entrusted to a prominent artist.

Three days of re-enactment featuring propitiatory dinners, a medieval market, historical parades, and the four district competitions (archery, relay race, tug-of-war, horse race at Pra' del Moro).
