Palio delle Corti 2025 in Ceprano

The 2025 edition of the Palio delle Corti brought the historic center of Ceprano, in the province of Frosinone, to life on Saturday, October 11, and Sunday, October 12, 2025. The re-enactment brought back to life the meeting of October 11, 1254, between Manfred of Sicily and Pope Innocent IV on the bridge over the Liri River.

Over the two days, there were historical costume processions, square performances with flag-wavers and falconers, traditional games, artisan workshops, and a medieval market, along with a gastronomic trail and the spectacular historical archery contest, which concluded with the launch of flaming arrows into the river. The event, organized by the Pro Loco of Ceprano and the Municipality of Ceprano, also accompanied the first edition of the Certamen Manfredi di Svevia, a literary prize dedicated to the figure of the Swabian prince.
