Palio d'la Ciaramèla di Mede

The 2025 edition of the Palio d'la Ciaramèla, the 41st in its history, took place in Mede from September 7 to 14. The event re-proposed its traditional format: the ten districts competed in costume and dialect reenactments of peasant life from the era and in the 'ciaramèla' game competition.

The historical procession, with the Palio's Muse and Standard-bearer, the blessing, the 'Ristopalio' with traditional Lomellina dishes, and the children's 'Palio' animated Piazza Repubblica and the Fantelli Stadium, confirming the event's strong identity value for Mede and the entire Province of Pavia.
