Edition 2025 — Palermo Marathon

The 30th edition of the Palermo Marathon took place on Sunday, November 16, 2025, in spring-like weather with temperatures reaching 25 degrees. Over 3,000 athletes from more than 50 countries participated, setting a new attendance record. Key figures included Kenyan Martin Cheruiyot and Eleonora Zecchinato from Veneto.

Palermo Marathon 2025 — 30th Edition

The 30th Palermo Marathon, held on Sunday, November 16, 2025, set a new participation record with over 3,000 athletes from more than 50 countries. The race took place on a spring-like day, with temperatures reaching 25 degrees in the morning.

In the men's marathon, Kenyan Martin Cheruiyot triumphed in 2h20'16, ahead of his compatriot Peter Kwemoi Ndorobo (2h21'54) and Italian Dario Pietro Ferrante (2h35'44). Among the women, Italian Eleonora Zecchinato won in 3h01'43, followed by Giada Allasia and Salne Patkauskiene. The half marathon saw victories for Soumaila Diakite and Cristina Garcia Conde. The edition also featured nearly 200 "Pink Ambassadors" from the Veronesi Foundation, highlighting the inclusive spirit of the event.
