Pagnotta Festival

The 40th edition of the Pagnotta Festival celebrated an important milestone: forty years of tradition dedicated to Sarsina's Easter bread. The event took place on Sundays, April 6 and 13, 2025, in the historic center around Piazza Tito Maccio Plauto.

As tradition dictates, the program combined the two most beloved contests — the "Magna Pagnotta" Trophy (guess the weight) and the public-voted homemade pagnotta contest — with gastronomic stalls, workshops and games for children, and guided tours of the National Archaeological Museum. A special edition to celebrate Sarsina's identity and its most representative sweet.
