Edition 2025 — Paesi e Sapori
The 2025 edition of Paesi e Sapori brought together 22 Pro Loco and associations from the Ovada area in Piazza Martiri della Benedicta, in the center of Ovada (AL). It opened on Friday, May 16, with dinner, continued on Saturday, May 17, with lunch and dinner, and concluded on Sunday, May 18, with lunch and the final prize draw.
Featured dishes included: agnolotti, taglierini with wild boar sauce, seafood pasta, fried cockerel, strawberry risotto, rabbit alla cremolinese, farinata, mixed fried food, and numerous traditional desserts. The artistic direction was curated by Eugenio Celestri, with hosting by Nicolò Pellicano. The evenings featured music for singing along and DJ sets, while the Tombolozzo offered about a hundred prizes donated by local merchants.
