Edition 2025 — Paesello Pride

On Saturday, August 9, 2025, the second edition of Paesello Pride took place in Cammarata and San Giovanni Gemini. The parade started at 5:00 PM from Piazzale Camilleri, crossing the two municipalities of the Agrigento hinterland in a day of activism and celebration. The 2025 edition was included in the Onda Pride calendar as one of the few Italian Prides held in small towns with fewer than 30,000 inhabitants, confirming the symbolic value of the event promoted by Cori The Project.

Paesello Pride 2025

The second edition of Paesello Pride was held on Saturday, August 9, 2025, in Cammarata and San Giovanni Gemini, in the province of Agrigento. The rainbow parade departed at 5:00 PM from Piazzale Camilleri, crossing both municipalities of the Sicilian hinterland amidst flags, music, and slogans for LGBTQIA+ rights.

The event was part of the Onda Pride 2025 calendar, noted as one of the rare Prides organized in small towns with fewer than 30,000 inhabitants. For Cammarata and San Giovanni Gemini, which together have just over 10,000 residents, the event reaffirmed its historic significance as the first Pride born in the province of Agrigento, confirming the work of the Cori The Project association.
