Edition 2025 — Paella & Sangria Festival

The Paella & Sangria Festival format was created following similar Spanish-themed events organized by El Rincon de España in various towns in the Bergamo province: authentic paella, artisanal sangria, and Iberian specialties in a covered venue, accompanied by live music evenings. The festival arrives in Endine Gaiano with its first edition in 2026.

The Paella & Sangria Festival arrives in Endine Gaiano in 2026 with its first edition, but the format is already well-tested: chefs from El Rincon de España have long been offering Iberian cuisine — paella, sangria, Pata Negra meats — in the festival areas of the Bergamo province, accompanying the flavors with live music and a Spanish ambiance. The stop in Endine Gaiano, on the shores of the Val Cavallina lake, brings this festive formula to a new town.
