Edition 2025 — Paella and Sangria Festival
The Paella and Sangria Festival debuts in Calcinate in 2026: the May 8-10 edition is the first hosted by the municipality in the province of Bergamo. The format, already tested in other locations in Lombardy, offers authentic paella, grilled Iberian meat, and sangria with chefs from Spain.
For Calcinate, 2026 marks the first edition of the Paella and Sangria Festival: therefore, there was no 2025 edition held in this municipality. However, the format is well-established regionally, with stops in numerous squares and festival areas in Lombardy, always focusing on authentic Spanish cuisine—Valencian paella, gluten-free version, grilled Iberian meat, and sangria—prepared by chefs from Barcelona.
