Edition 2025 — Padre Giuseppe Memorial

In the summer of 2025, the "Padre Giuseppe" Memorial and the Valle del Gogna Gold Race lit up the Val di Sangro with the traditional double challenge of youth cycling. In Guarenna Nuova di Casoli, ASD Guarenna 3.0 brought together beginners and students for a day of racing valid for the FCI Abruzzo Regional Championship, confirming the event as one of the most anticipated in the regional youth calendar.

The 2025 edition of the event, hosted as per tradition in Guarenna Nuova di Casoli, represented another chapter in the long history of youth cycling in the Val di Sangro. ASD Guarenna 3.0 organized the two combined races—the "Padre Giuseppe" Memorial for beginners and the San Francesco Trophy/Valle del Gogna Gold Race for students—on the city circuit created around the district.

In 2025, the races once again offered the titles of FCI Abruzzo Regional Champion, attracting numerous cycling clubs and a warm crowd along the route. The event thus reaffirmed its role as a showcase for young cycling talents in the Casoli area and the entire province of Chieti.
