Edition 2025 — Village of 1000 Nativity Scenes

The 26th edition took place from November 21, 2025, to January 6, 2026, with over 1,400 nativity scenes on display. Highlights included a large nativity scene dedicated to the 800th anniversary of Saint Francis's death and the renovated Christmas Village with Santa's House, the elves' panoramic sleigh, and the Befana's House.

2025–2026 Edition

The 26th edition of The Village of 1000 Nativity Scenes was held in Ossana, Val di Sole, from November 21, 2025, to January 6, 2026, with over 1,400 nativity scenes set up along the route in the historic center and at San Michele Castle.

Among the year's novelties was a large nativity scene dedicated to Saint Francis of Assisi, located in an ancient cellar-stable, and the renovated Christmas Village in the square below the castle, featuring Santa's House, the magical panoramic elves' sleigh, and, during the Epiphany, the Befana's House. The Christmas market in wooden stalls offered artisanal products, mountain specialties, and mulled wine, with guided tours of the nativity scenes on weekends.
