Edition 2025 — Orvieto in Bloom
The 13th edition of Orvieto in Bloom was held from June 6 to 8, 2025, with the theme "The Thread of Hope," chosen in harmony with the Jubilee. The historic center of Orvieto was filled with flower carpets, balcony and shop window decorating contests, and festive moments.
On Saturday, June 7, in Piazza San Giovenale, the flower carpet route concluded—accompanied by the notes of the "Luigi Mancinelli" Philharmonic—with the awarding of prizes for the balcony and shop window contests. On Sunday, June 8, in Piazza del Popolo, the Palio della Palombella took place with the crossbowmen's tournament, the awarding of the flower carpets, medieval shows with flag-wavers and musicians from Orvieto's Quarters, and the special participation of the Ladies of the Cliff on horseback.
