Orti in Festa 2025

The 2025 edition took place on Thursday, September 25, from the afternoon until the evening, in the gardens of Via Palaia and at the Orti Sociali Arvalia, in Rome's Municipio XI. The day, part of the Science Week, celebrated the first anniversary of the approval of the City of Rome's regulation on urban gardens.

The program included a welcome at 3:30 PM, the presentation of the Gardeniser Community research, guided tours at 4:45 PM, the Urban Garden Agora at 5:00 PM, the "Become a Biomapper" citizen science workshop at 6:00 PM on iNaturalist, testimonials on the theme "Community urban gardens: bearers of values and value" at 6:30 PM, and, in closing, the OrtoAperitivo at 8:00 PM. The initiative was supported by Roma Tre University, Frascati Scienza, and the Lazio Region, with the participation of students, volunteers, and administrators.
