Oro Incenso Mirra – Nativity Scenes in the Monferrato

The ninth edition of Oro Incenso Mirra – Nativity Scenes in the Monferrato confirmed its success, with an audience coming mainly from Northern Italy and a strong presence of families and young people. From December 8, 2024, to January 6, 2025, nine villages joined the initiative: Aramengo, Camerano Casasco, Castagnole delle Lanze, Castagnole Monferrato, Cocconato, Frinco, Grana Monferrato, Monale, and San Damiano.

The nativity scenes were set up in churches, squares, courtyards, and ancient cellars, along fascinating itineraries traveled by thousands of people. The event received the patronage of the Province of Asti and the Regional Council of Piedmont, with the support of the Cassa di Risparmio di Asti Foundation. In Aramengo, as per tradition, the artistic nativity scenes by Gianluigi Nicola and the dedicated competition attracted numerous visitors.
