Orentano August Festival / Cream Puff Festival

The 2025 Orentano August Festival celebrated the 55th edition of the Cream Puff Festival and the 38th Dolcione parade. The program in Piazza Matteotti alternated music and tradition: on August 11th, the concert by the Leone Lotti Philharmonic and the burraco tournament; on August 12th, music, charity raffle, and fireworks; on August 13th, the 80s and 90s revival dance; on August 16th, the DJ set; and on August 17th, the final evening with the Dolcione parade dedicated to the Pisa Sporting Club team.

Religious celebrations for San Lorenzo, patron saint of Orentano, opened the festival on August 10th, while on August 14th, Mass was held with the Madonna procession. The event was organized by the Ente Carnevale dei Bambini Pro Loco di Orentano APS with the patronage of the Municipality of Castelfranco di Sotto.
