Orda Pride – Salento Intersectional Queer Pride

Orda Pride 2025

The second edition of Orda Pride was held on Saturday, June 28, 2025, in Lecce. The intersectional queer Pride march of Salento started at 5:00 PM from Porta Napoli, winding along Viale dell'Università, Viale Gallipoli, and Viale Otranto to conclude at Porta San Biagio, in the heart of the historic center of the Salento capital.

Faithful to its manifesto, the 2025 edition presented itself as a radical political action rooted in the anti-fascist struggle and intersectional inclusion, focusing on transfeminism, decoloniality, and solidarity with the Palestinian cause, in contrast to rainbow washing and pinkwashing. As every year, the march was preceded by the Queeresima, forty days full of events, meetings, and moments of community to reclaim the city's spaces.
