Edition 2025 — Opera Boat
Opera Boat 2025: myths and legends of the lake
The first edition of Opera Boat took place from September 29 to October 2, 2025, on Lake Bolsena, departing from the Port of Capodimonte. The theme of the edition intertwined contemporary opera with the myths and legends of the territory, from the Gothic queen Amalasuntha to the Volta dragon. Aboard the Fenice boat, four original compositions accompanied spectators on the cruise toward Isola Bisentina, with three daily performances and a maximum of twenty spectators per concert.
The project, conceived by E45 with the support of the Lazio Region and the Ministry of Culture, inaugurated an immersive formula that made the lakeside landscape an integral part of the musical experience.
