Edition 2025 — Gallese Oil and Wine
The 16th edition, October 25-26, 2025
The 2025 edition opened on Saturday, October 25 at 4:00 PM, with the oil and wine tasting trail active from 7:00 PM and live music in Piazza Castello at 9:00 PM. On Sunday, October 26, the day began at 10:00 AM with the «Two Steps through Gallese» guided tour and the opening of market stalls and traditional games; from 12:00 PM, the food and wine trail and wandering musical entertainment resumed, with further performances in the early afternoon.
The five 'fraschette' set up in the village offered appetizers (Fraschetta 'de Ascaro), mushroom soup (Fraschetta 'de Moniche), bread with egg (Fraschetta dei Lazzari), meat trio with sides (Fraschetta Massa), and grandmother's desserts (Fraschetta del Castello). Visitors had access to a free camper parking area about 500 meters away and, on Sunday, a shuttle service to the parking lots and the train station.
