Edition 2025 — Ocriculum AD 168
The 2025 edition of Ocriculum AD 168 confirmed the format that has made the event a benchmark for historical reenactment in Umbria. In the Archaeological Area of Ocriculum, in Otricoli (TR), reenactment groups set up military camps, presented gladiator combats, religious rites, and scenes of daily life from imperial Rome.
Between theatrical performances, ancient music and dances, conferences, and period cuisine at the thermopolium, the event offered a complete immersion into the Roman world, with guided tours of the monumental remains of the ancient city. The event, organized by the Associazione Culturale Ocriculum, reaffirmed its educational and spectacular vocation, appreciated by families and archaeology enthusiasts.
