Occitan Dances in the Square

The 2025 edition of the Occitan Dances in the Square confirmed the tradition of this spring event in Pino d'Asti, in the Lower Asti Monferrato. In the setting of the Church Square, the community gathered for an afternoon dedicated to Occitan dances, with live music and dancers of all ages.

As per tradition, courente, bourrée, and gigues enlivened the square, attracting enthusiasts from neighboring territories as well. A simple and genuine opportunity to experience one of the most vibrant expressions of Piedmontese folklore, in the spirit of sharing and hospitality.
