Edition 2025 — Carnival Bean Festival
The 2025 edition of the Carnival Bean Festival in Occhieppo Inferiore took place as usual during the Carnival season at the Salone Polivalente on Via Caralli, the hub for Pro Loco events. The event featured the traditional Biellese ritual of fagiolata, with the distribution of the dish and a community lunch open to residents and visitors from neighboring towns. Amidst masks, joy, and the hearty flavors of winter, the celebration confirmed the community's bond with its traditions in the heart of the Elvo Valley, in the province of Biella.
