Edition 2025 — Obotola Kirschta

The 2025 edition of the Obotola Kirschta took place on Saturday, October 11, and Sunday, October 12, 2025, in Santa Maddalena, Val Casies/Gsies, organized by the MK St. Magdalena brass band. Two days in the valley-floor marquee, featuring the original Saturday afternoon Almabtrieb, folk bands, and the Sunday Frühschoppen, concluded by the festival's rich lottery draw.

The 2025 edition

The Obotola Kirschta 2025 was held on Saturday, October 11, and Sunday, October 12, in the marquee at the Talschluss of Santa Maddalena, in the Municipality of Valle di Casies/Gsies (Puster Valley), organized by MK St. Magdalena.

Saturday, October 11 — 11:00 AM musical entertainment with the Villgrater Duo; 1:30 PM Original Obotola Almabtrieb, the original transhumance with adorned livestock at the head of the valley; 5:00 PM music with Di Jung Haspinga; 7:00 PM JBP Blasmusikpower (Jungböhmische Pichl); 11:00 PM DJ Like in the marquee.

Sunday, October 12 — 10:00 AM Frühschoppen with Marc & Damian, followed by Blechbeat 7; 3:00 PM lottery draw and festival closing. The lottery featured numerous prizes, including vouchers, an e-bike, and helicopter rides.
