Edition 2025 — Oberbozner Kirchtag

The 2025 edition of the Oberbozner Kirchtag took place on August 15, 2025, in Soprabolzano/Oberbozen, on the Renon Plateau. The Soprabolzano Brass Band presented the usual patronal festival day: Assumption Mass in the morning, Frühschoppen at noon, and the traditional 2:00 PM parade with floats dedicated to South Tyrolean culture.

2025 Edition

On August 15, 2025, Soprabolzano/Oberbozen celebrated its patronal festival of the Assumption with the now-classic program curated by the Soprabolzano Brass Band. After the 8:30 AM Holy Mass with procession, the festival came to life with the 11:00 AM Frühschoppen featuring Weisswurst and beer. At 2:00 PM, the parade crossed the village with floats themed around South Tyrolean culture, brass bands, horsemen, Renon Alphorns, Schuhplattler, and the local folk group. The day concluded with a country festival on the Festwiese, featuring games for children, local gastronomy, and music until the evening.
