Oachna Krampuslauf (Krampus Parade)

2025, a year without a parade

The Oachna Krampuslauf parade in Naz-Sciaves (Natz-Schabs), South Tyrol, is a biennial event held in even-numbered years. In 2025, an intermediate year, the grand procession with over 600 Krampus did not take place.

During years without a parade, the Oachna Krampusse—the Krampusverein from Aica near Bressanone—keep the Alpine tradition of the Tuifltog alive with alternative initiatives in the Naz civic center, including the wooden mask exhibition (Maskenausstellung) featuring live carving demonstrations and displays of costumes and accessories from guest groups from South Tyrol and Trentino. The next parade is scheduled for December 12, 2026.
