Edition 2025 — Nuovi Orizzonti
Nuovi Orizzonti 2024-2025
The 2024-2025 edition of the festival, curated by Caterina Casini, brought the Teatro Comunale in Monterchi to life from October 2024 to February 2025. The programme opened on 27 October with Una Ragazzina by the Chille de la Balanza company, featuring Sara Tombelli, and continued on 10 November with the theatre-song performance Istanti (vocals and clarinet by Francesco Seri) and on 24 November with The Most Beautiful Page in the World, a collective reading against violence towards women at the Madonna del Parto Museum. On 6 December, Nessun elenco di cose storte was performed, an Atto Due production with Sandra Garuglieri, directed by Oscar De Summa. There was also space for younger audiences with A Christmas Recipe by the Effimero Meraviglioso company (13 December) and Legomagic, a journey into the world of Harry Potter produced by Diesis Teatrango (13 February 2025).
