Edition 2025 — Note di Gusto

The inaugural edition of Note di Gusto - Tramonto in Castello took place on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at the San Pietro di Ragogna Castle, with a sunset aperitif, gourmet tasting journey, regional wines and beers, live jazz music, and a fire-eater show.

The first edition of Note di Gusto - Tramonto in Castello was held on Saturday, June 14, 2025, starting at 7:30 PM, at the San Pietro di Ragogna Castle. The tasting journey (fee €35, by reservation) featured revisited local products — from Ragognocco to the vegan sandwich Ragovega, to the Btc Burger by chef Stefano Buttazzoni — paired with regional wines and beers. The evening was enlivened by live jazz music from the Uboot Organ Jazz trio, the fire-eater Rakesh show, and, later in the evening, retro vinyl from the DJ and the cocktail bar.
