Edition 2025 — Non la solita zuppa
In autumn 2025, the streets of Gavi hosted "Non la solita zuppa", the Pro Loco's traveling gastronomic event dedicated to traditional soups and warm dishes. A day of celebration in the historic center, among the stalls set up along the alleys and the welcoming atmosphere of one of the most charming villages in Lower Piedmont, in the shadow of the Forte di Gavi.
The 2025 edition of "Non la solita zuppa" brought the streets of Gavi, in the province of Alessandria, to life, confirming the popular format of the gastronomic itinerary in the historic center.
Among the stalls set up along the alleys, visitors were able to taste a variety of traditional Piedmontese soups and warm dishes, accompanied by local wines. The event, organized by the Pro Loco of Gavi, proved to be a popular autumn attraction for the village and its surrounding hills.
