Nocinopoli - The City of Nocino

In 2025, Nocinopoli celebrated a double milestone: the "city of nocino" returned to Piazza Matteotti in Modena with the theme "Let's Celebrate," on the occasion of the twentieth anniversary of the association Il Matraccio - Association of Tasters of Typical Modenese Nocino. Saturday, June 7, opened with the ribbon-cutting ceremony and the handover of the key to Mayor Massimo Mezzetti; throughout the weekend, there were meetings on honey, typical nocino, guided tastings, and a concert by Toffa & Friends. Sunday, June 8, after the concert by the City Band and seminars on local products, the diplomas were awarded to new tasting students, and the Palio NocinoMio 2025 was presented.
