2025 Edition
The Niederdorfer Kartoffelfest 2025, the fourteenth edition of the historic Villabassa/Niederdorf Potato Festival, was held on Saturday, September 27, and Sunday, September 28, 2025, in Von Kurz Square, in the heart of the Upper Puster Valley village. The event confirmed its successful formula: a farmers' market with local products, potato-based gastronomic specialties prepared by local chefs and Villabassa farmers, traditional live music, and surprises for the little ones.
The festival was preceded by the Kartoffelwoche, the potato week from September 19 to 28, 2025, with dedicated menus in local restaurants and a mountain hut. The 2025 edition also maintained its Green Event certification, with a focus on sustainability and locally sourced products.
