Neustifter Frühling 2025
The Novacella Spring 2025 took place on April 25 and 26, 2025, starting at 10:00 AM on both days, regardless of weather conditions. A total of 18 wineries, farms, and businesses in Varna and Novacella participated with special offerings; the wine estates of Novacella Abbey, Griesserhof, Strasserhof, and Pacherhof opened their cellars for tastings.
On Saturday, a tasting of the new vintage white wines was held among the vineyards at a cost of approximately 10 euros. Throughout the days, the Männerchor Neustift performed on Saturday at various stations, while on Sunday, the Schuachplattler dancers performed in Varna. There was also plenty of farm-fresh gastronomic specialties and activities for children.
