The 15th edition of Naxoslegge

The fifteenth edition of the festival of narratives, directed by Fulvia Toscano, was held from September 20 to October 1, 2025, enlivening Giardini-Naxos and other venues in Eastern Sicily with meetings, awards, and Italian and international guests.

The inauguration, on September 20, was entrusted to the Cultural Promoter Awards, assigned among others to L'Aquila (Italian Capital of Culture 2026), Matera, and Gibellina with the Orestiadi Foundation. Among the most popular events, the meeting on September 22 with the Minister of Culture Alessandro Giuli; on September 24 with poet and narrator Giuseppe Conte; on September 26, at Villa Garbo in Letojanni, the "La Tela di Penelope al sapere delle donne" award to Maria Emanuela Bruni, president of the MAXXI in Rome. The grand finale, on September 30 with Marcello Veneziani and on October 1 with Sylvain Tesson at the Ursino-Recupero Library in Catania.

September 20 — opening with the Cultural Promoter Awards (L'Aquila, Matera, Gibellina, and other personalities).

• September 26 — Villa Garbo, Letojanni: "La Tela di Penelope al sapere delle donne" award to Maria Emanuela Bruni (president of MAXXI).
• September 30 — Marcello Veneziani presents his new book.
• October 1 — Ursino-Recupero Library, Catania: closing meeting with Sylvain Tesson.
