Edition 2025 — Nikolausspiel Naturno
The 44th edition of the Naturnser Nikolausspiel was held on Friday, December 5, 2025, in Naturno, in the Vinschgau Valley. The evening's program followed the established tradition: welcome at 6:30 PM in Town Hall Square with the brass band, entry into the civic hall at 6:45 PM, and the start of the performance at 7:00 PM.
The Volksbühne Naturns staged the legend of Saint Nicholas of Myra, weaving sacred history with current themes dear to the event. Afterwards, Saint Nicholas met the audience for the gift exchange, with proceeds going to support charitable projects, followed by the traditional torchlight procession. The edition confirmed the strong bond between the Naturno community and this Advent event, which is among the longest-running and most beloved in South Tyrol.
