Lighting on November 30, 2025
The 2025-2026 edition of the Nativity Scene of the Maritime Tradition in Cesenatico kicked off on Sunday, November 30, 2025, at 5 PM, with a lighting ceremony lasting approximately 35-40 minutes. The show illuminated the nativity scene and all the city's Christmas lights, including the Christmas tree in Piazza Pisacane and the lights in Piazza Ciceruacchio.
On stage, there was a live singing performance with the WeRevolution choir, alternating with aerial performances by five acrobats suspended over forty meters high, with light effects, cold fountains, and confetti throws. The grand finale featured two large scenic hands, 7.5 meters high, symbolizing humanity caring for life. The nativity scene remained set up on the Canal Port until January 11, 2026.
