Nativity of Agnone (Living Nativity)

In 2025, the Nativity of Agnone celebrated its 65th edition with the theme "...it is I at the door and I am knocking". The dramaturgy, by Riccardo Longo and Giorgio Marcovecchio, opened with the noise of a political rally contrasted with the voice of Christ calling for truth and mercy, then covered the Annunciation, the journey to Bethlehem, the Birth, and the adoration of the shepherds and the Magi. The direction was by Saverio La Gamba, with artistic direction by Giuseppe De Martino, at the Monument of Emigrants, shortly before the 'Ndocciata della Vigilia.
