Natività di Agnone (Presepe vivente)

In 2025, the Natività di Agnone celebrated its 65th edition with the theme "...it is I at the door and I am knocking". The dramaturgy, by Riccardo Longo and Giorgio Marcovecchio, opened with the noise of a political rally contrasted with the voice of Christ calling for truth and mercy, then covered the Annunciation, the journey to Bethlehem, the Nativity, and the adoration of the shepherds and the Magi. The direction was by Saverio La Gamba, with artistic direction by Giuseppe De Martino, at the Monument of the Emigrants, just before the 'Ndocciata della Vigilia.
