Edition 2025 — Panettone and Pandoro Fair
The 2025 edition
The eighteenth edition of the Roman fair confirmed the formula that led to its success: two days of tastings, meetings, and direct sales at the Hotel Cristoforo Colombo, at Via Cristoforo Colombo 710, in the EUR district of Rome.
Among the novelties, the establishment of the «Panettone for Peace» award, dedicated to the theme of peace, and a competition for the best packaging with public voting via QR Code. A thematic path paid tribute to Charles Dickens, with leavened cakes inspired by the characters of A Christmas Carol, while the «Christmas Vibes» area collected visitors' thoughts on the meaning of Christmas, with awards for the most significant ones. During the event, the 2026 calendar of the Panettone POP project, dedicated to the de-seasonalization of the great leavened cake, was previewed.
