2025 National Mining Day in Ozzano Monferrato

The 2025 edition was part of the 17th National Mining Day, a national event promoted by REMI and ISPRA, held on May 24 and 25. In Ozzano Monferrato (AL), in the Casale Monferrato area, the program focused on the former CementiRossi complex and the MiCeM Museum.

The Ozzano event featured the Riccardo Coppo Memorial hike along the Cement Trail in Valle Fontanola and guided tours of the museum, which is open on Sunday afternoons from April to October. The initiative, curated by the OperO Association together with the Municipality, renewed the community's bond with its industrial history.
