National Frontino-Montefeltro Culture Award

XLIV Edition — September 28, 2025

The forty-fourth edition of the National Frontino-Montefeltro Culture Award was held on Sunday, September 28, 2025, at the Montefiorentino Convent, in Frontino (PU), with the jury chaired by Giorgio Calcagnini, Rector of the University of Urbino "Carlo Bo".

The awards for the 2025 edition went to:

• Personality: Gianni Rivera, former football player and executive;
• Environment: Mia Canestrini, naturalist and science communicator;
• Human Diversity: Felice Francesco Carabellese, professor of forensic psychiatry;
• Culture of Montefeltro: Simone Paci, curator ("Palazzo di Carpegna");
• Literature as Life: Domenico Starnone, writer ("Il vecchio al mare");
• Antonio Mariani Award for school experimentation: "Celli–Michelini Tocci" Comprehensive Institute.

A day that confirmed the Award as one of the most significant cultural events in the inland Marche region.
