Edition 2025 — National Congress UAI

The UAI National Congress takes place every year in a different city. The 58th edition was held from May 9 to 11, 2025, in Naples, at the Capodimonte Astronomical Observatory, bringing together Italian astronomers for conferences, exchanges between associations, and the traditional awards of the Italian Union of Amateur Astronomers.

The 2025 edition of the UAI National Congress, the 58th, was not held in Foligno but in Naples, from May 9 to 11, at the Capodimonte Astronomical Observatory. The congress is indeed held every year in a different city, hosted each time by one of the amateur astronomy associations affiliated with the Italian Union of Amateur Astronomers.

As is tradition, the Naples edition brought together enthusiasts and researchers from all over Italy for conferences, dialogues between associations, and observational experiences, with the awarding of UAI recognitions. It is in Foligno that the congress will take place in 2026, for the 59th edition dedicated to the centenary of Paolo Maffei.
